Refund Eligibility

To ensure fairness for all users, refunds may be considered when the following conditions are met:

• No more than 50 Advanced credits have been used.
• The refund request is submitted within 15 days of the purchase date. If your request meets the conditions above, contact us to initiate a refund request and our team will review it and process the refund as soon as possible.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in rare cases, such as:

• Duplicate or accidental charges
• Technical issues that prevent access to the service

Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
